SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Program name

Daisy MD Assistant — a clinical communication program operated by Fusion AI Inc (trading as Nanogram) on behalf of the partner medical clinics that license the Daisy MD Assistant service. The Daisy mobile app is separately published on the App Store and Google Play by Keystone Intl Ventures Ltd.

2. Program description

The program sends transactional, healthcare-related SMS messages to patients of a partner clinic. Typical messages include:

  • Pre-surgery reminders with date, time, location, fasting instructions, and what to bring.
  • Post-surgery follow-ups recapping recovery instructions (wound care, medication, activity, warning signs).
  • Responses to questions the patient raised during a call with our virtual assistant Daisy.
  • Appointment confirmations or scheduling updates from the clinic.

The program does not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.

3. How patients opt in

Patients opt in verbally during their in-clinic visit or scheduling phone call with the clinic staff. The clinic staff explains that reminders and follow-ups will be delivered by SMS, and records the consent. The phone number provided at scheduling is the one enrolled to receive messages.

4. Message frequency

Frequency is low and tied to the patient’s own care schedule. A typical surgical episode results in three to six messages over a four-week window (pre-op reminder, post-op follow-up, response to consultations). No recurring messages are sent outside of an active care episode.

5. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on the patient’s mobile carrier and plan. The program itself does not charge patients for receiving messages.

6. How to opt out

At any time, reply STOP to any message from this program to unsubscribe. The system will confirm the unsubscribe and will not send further messages from that number unless the patient re-subscribes by replying START.

7. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message from this program to receive support information, or contact the clinic directly using the phone number included in the messages. For program-level support, email support@dai.sy.

8. Supported carriers

The program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of the program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to subprocessors that operate the messaging infrastructure (e.g. Twilio) under contractual obligations to protect the information.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when our messaging practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to patients in-message or via the clinic.
