Frequently asked questions

How do I create an account?

You can create a new organization from the mobile app or the web dashboard’s sign-up page. If your clinic already uses Daisy MD Assistant, ask an administrator for an invite code and use the “Join with code” option on registration.

I forgot my password.

Email support@dai.sy from the address associated with your account and we’ll help you reset it.

Voice dictation isn’t recording.

On iOS, open Settings → Daisy MD Assistant and make sure microphone access is enabled. If permission was previously denied, you may need to toggle it off and back on, then restart the app.

I’m not getting push notifications for callbacks.

Open Settings → Notifications → Daisy MD Assistant and confirm notifications are allowed. Then sign out and back in inside the app to re-register your device with our backend.

How do I delete my account or my organization’s data?

Email support@dai.sy from the address associated with your account, or from an administrator of your organization, and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which devices and OS versions are supported?

The mobile app supports iPhone and iPad running iOS 15.1 or later. The web dashboard supports the latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.
