Patient SMS Opt-In
Last updated: July 2, 2026
The program
Daisy MD Assistant is a clinical communication program operated by Fusion AI Inc (trading as Nanogram) on behalf of the partner medical clinics that license the service. The Daisy mobile app is separately published on the App Store and Google Play by Keystone Intl Ventures Ltd. The program sends transactional, healthcare-related SMS messages to patients of a partner clinic — pre-surgery and post-surgery reminders, appointment confirmations and scheduling updates, and replies to questions the patient raised with the clinic’s virtual assistant, Daisy. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.
How patients opt in
Most patients opt in verballywith clinic staff during an in-clinic visit or scheduling phone call. The staff explains that pre-surgery and post-surgery reminders and related follow-ups will be delivered by SMS, and records the patient’s consent together with the phone number to enroll. The number provided at scheduling is the one enrolled to receive messages.
A patient (or clinic staff on the patient’s behalf) can also opt in using the form below. Consent is never a condition of receiving care, and a patient can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
